Remembrance Day

Our pupils made poppies to remember those who gave their lives in battle.  They displayed them by St. Illtyd’s Church and also were asked to lay a wreath at the Remembrance Day service in Burry Port.  Year 2 held an assembly to celebrate this day.  Parents were invited to listen to their children share their own memories too.

Thank you to Susanna for giving up her time to share about water safety and reminding the pupils how to respond to an emergency.  They enjoyed learning a safety song and trying on the uniform.

Blwyddyn 6 had a fantastic time learning Spanish with Mrs. Young.  Thank you again for your time.  Fantàstico!

Buddy training

Blwyddyn 5 received their Buddy Training so they can help all pupils in Pembrey School access their right to feel safe (article 19) and to relax and play (article 31) during play times.
